Welcome to AJ Transfers. These Terms of Service govern your use of our taxi and transfer services from Málaga Airport and our website (ajtesteponataxis.com). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
AJ Transfers provides private taxi and transfer services from Málaga Airport to various destinations. Our services include transportation, flight tracking, and optional extras like child seats, subject to availability.
2. Booking Process
To book a transfer:
- Complete the initial booking form on our homepage with your trip details.
- Provide personal and payment information on the booking confirmation page.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.
Bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Payment
Prices are fixed and include VAT, as displayed during booking. Payment can be made via credit card or cash to the driver, unless otherwise agreed. Full payment is due on the day of service unless pre-paid online.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your booking:
- Up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
- Within 24-48 hours for a 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: no refund, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., flight cancellation), at our discretion.

5. Liability
AJ Transfers is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or flight delays). We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely service. You are responsible for providing accurate booking details; errors may result in service cancellation without refund.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully toward our drivers and vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive (e.g., intoxication, aggression).
7. Luggage and Special Items
Standard luggage is included in the price. Extra-large items or special needs (e.g., wheelchairs) must be specified during booking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless due to our negligence.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date: March 01, 2025. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
